How to become an e-hailing driver in Windhoek

What you need before you apply

• A valid Namibian driver’s licence.
• Access to a registered, roadworthy vehicle — your own or one you are authorised to drive. For NamCab’s Premium class, a luxury-brand vehicle from 2018 or newer.
• A smartphone that can run the driver app.
• Your bank details, for weekly statements and payouts.
• Transport operators in Namibia may also need the appropriate road transportation permit — confirm current requirements with the Ministry of Works and Transport before you start carrying passengers.

How the application works

What you earn
