You can ask us to delete your NamCab account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent — your profile, trip history and any wallet balance cannot be recovered afterwards.
How to request deletion
Submit the form below with the phone number your account is registered under, or email support@namcab.com from any address with your account phone number. To protect your account, we verify every request against that phone number (by SMS or a call) before deleting anything.
We confirm verified requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, phone number, email, photo), saved places, notification tokens, active subscriptions and carpool/churchpool listings, and your login credentials. Driver partners: vetting documents (licence, vehicle and registration records) are deleted too.
What we keep, and for how long
Records we are legally required to retain are kept in de-identified or restricted form: completed trip and payment records (for tax and accounting under Namibian law), and safety, dispute or fraud records where there is an ongoing matter. These are retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted or anonymised — see our Privacy Policy and Data Processing notice for details.
